3. Quotations
All quotations are based on the drawings, specifications, materials, quantities, and information provided by the customer. Any changes to project requirements may result in revised pricing, lead times, and production schedules.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information.
- Submitting complete CAD files, drawings, and specifications.
- Reviewing and approving quotations before production.
- Ensuring submitted files do not infringe any intellectual property rights.
- Responding promptly to requests for additional technical information.
5. Confidentiality
ProtoPartHub treats all customer drawings, CAD files, specifications, and technical documents as confidential. These materials are used solely for quotation, engineering evaluation, manufacturing, and customer support. Upon request, we are happy to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing your project files.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of all intellectual property submitted for manufacturing, including drawings, CAD models, specifications, trademarks, and technical documentation. ProtoPartHub does not claim ownership of customer designs and uses them solely for quotation, production, and related services.
7. Orders & Production
Production begins only after quotation approval, order confirmation, and receipt of any required payment. Manufacturing schedules are estimated and may change due to material availability, technical requirements, production capacity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each quotation or invoice. Depending on the project, partial or full payment may be required before production begins. Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed terms.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are provided as estimates only. ProtoPartHub is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProtoPartHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, manufacturing services, products, or any delay in performance.
11. Privacy
